Consortium Programs

“Leading the Business”

TRI offers “consortium” or open enrollment programs to selected clients. These 3 day “Leading the Business” programs allow you to register for an event along with other companies for as few as three participants or for one or more tables of six participants. Key benefits of the consortium approach are that you do not need to design and deliver a full size program in house. For existing clients, especially smaller businesses, this is a great opportunity to participate in a world class development program. For new clients this can be an impactful and cost efficient way to experience the TRI approach first hand and gather valuable feedback for a future client specific program. Lastly, the consortium approach offers significant cross learning between the member companies on leadership, business processes, and best practices.

Our Leading the Business programs are ideally suited for “director level” managers who need to drive strategy and innovation, deliver business results, manage high performing teams and develop their personal leadership skills. The programs feature TRI’s award winning experiential learning business simulations that challenge teams of participants to manage a simulated business at the enterprise level. Additionally, we will have speakers lead discussions on topics ranging from Business Strategies to Leadership from Driving Markets to Managing Innovation.
