Linda Mahoney is a consultant for TRI Corporation. Over the past 10 years, Linda has consulted for General Electric (GE) in the area of development and implementation of executive training. Most recently, she enhanced GE Capital’s web-based Operational Accounting Training Seminar. Other projects included writing a dual card case based on GE Capital’s Card Services for the Advanced Financial Management Course. Linda currently conducts financial training for GE’s Impact Course and is part of the simulation faculty for the Advanced Management Course.

Bio

Linda developed and implemented courses for GE’s Human Resources Management Program and Communication Leadership Development Program as well as a finance for non-finance course. She has taught Foundations of Leadership globally and acquisition integration training. She was on the team to upgrade the Financial Management Program curriculum. Prior to that, Linda worked at GE Capital’s Vendor Financial Services as the Manager, Marketing for Franchise and following that Program Manager – Franchise. She began her career on GE’s Financial Management Program. Upon completion of the two-year program, she was a Systems Analyst/Instructor for the Financial Decision Support System. Linda was the Financial Analyst for the Strategic Systems Department and, later, for the Communications and Strategic Systems Division as part of GE Aerospace.

Accomplishments & Awards

  • Linda lived in Asia for four years and has delivered programs for GE in Asia, Europe and South America. She developed and implemented courses for GE’s Human Resources Management Program and Communication Leadership Development Program.
  • Linda served as global instructor for GE’s Foundations of Leadership and acquisition integration training programs. She also contributed and helped upgrade the Financial Management Program curriculum.
