Barry Leskin, a consultant with TRI Corporation for over four years, has participated in and delivered numerous global TRI Corp. simulations and General Manager Assessments. His major consulting focus is on executive and general manager assessment and development change management, reward system diagnosis and Workout, Change Acceleration Program and Boundary-less Organization delivery for General Electric (GE).


Prior to joining TRI Corporation, Barry led Human Resource Management and Leadership Development programs for more than 30 years. He served as VP-Human Resources for three Fortune 500 companies; Chief Learning Officer for three multi-billion dollar organizations; Chairman of the Management and Strategy Department at the USC Graduate School of Business; and consulted for more than 50 global organizations including GE, IBM, British Petroleum, Bell Canada, Goldman Sachs and Hewlett Packard.

  • Department Chairman, Director of the Executive MBA and Chair of the Human Resource track, graduate level, Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California (USC).
  • Barry was responsible for start-up of the inter-disciplinary, team taught, theme-driven USC EMBA, which was rated #6 by Business Week Magazine after only two years.
