Stephen G. Engle, a consultant with TRI Corporation, is founder and owner of Engle Business Solutions, Inc. Steve provides development and delivery of executive financial training. His services are directed towards the maximizing of profit from operations. His expertise is in the establishment and growth of profitable small business startups. Steve also has extensive teaching and executive financial training experience.


Clients include General Electric (GE), Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Praxair, Unilever and UOP.


Prior to joining TRI Corp., Steve worked as an operations manager for GE’s aerospace group which eventually became Lockheed Martin. He managed the installation and service of large radar systems internationally. He had profit/loss responsibility for installations in Alaska, Canada, and several countries in the Middle East. He was site manager of a dual U.S. Turkish military base in eastern Turkey and provided services to operate and maintain two surveillance radar systems. Steve has extensive teaching and training experience. He joined GE after receiving his BS and entered GE’s advanced engineering class. Upon graduation, he became an instructor of the course. Continuing education has always been a part of Steve’s professional development. He was fortunate to attend many GE training classes over the course of his GE career.

Accomplishments & Awards

As site manager of GE’s dual U.S. Turkish military base in eastern Turkey, Steve operated and maintained two surveillance radar systems. Under Steve’s management, there was zero downtime due to lack of resources, including replacement parts and operators.

Steve is an active volunteer in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania chapter of SCORE, which provides pro bono consultation to America’s small business community. Steve’s area of expertise in SCORE is the establishment and growth of profitable small business startups.
