With TRI, Paul has worked with a number of large corporate clients to evaluate finance leadership development needs, develop curriculum and course content, facilitate simulations and teach. His extensive career in finance with GE provides a wealth of knowledge in creating and executing successful simulations.

Bio

Paul joins TRI with over 30 years of finance and leadership development experience in GE, having held a variety of roles in financial planning and analysis, cost and financial systems and leadership development. After graduating from the Financial Management Program (FMP), Paul stayed involved in every aspect of FMP. He graded, taught, recruited on campus, developed course material and led program activities. From 1996 through 2005 he had global responsibility for FMP and all finance training. During that period, Paul led the restructuring and revision of the entire curriculum, partnering with Accenture to pioneer online learning. Under his leadership, the program transitioned to a global footprint and doubled in size to over 700 participants.

Before his 2012 retirement, Paul had responsibility for site operations, eLearning and the essential skills curriculum at the GE Leadership Development Institute, Crotonville, then led global volunteering and served as Controller for the GE Foundation, continuing FMP involvement through recruiting and grading and coaching.
